Email Templates from Blue Cross Save HR Administrators Time

“Work smarter not harder” is the idea behind the latest set of resources from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network. We recently added four ready-to-use email templates to our lineup of brochures, flyers and posters in the following Blue Cross member account toolkits:
The predesigned emails offers a smarter way to remind your employees to use their Blue Cross member account and our mobile app. There’s no need for coding, cutting and pasting, or embedding images or links to use these predesigned templates. HR administrators simply need to:
- Open the appropriate file. Choose from HTML, Outlook for Windows or Outlook for Mac.
- Save the file to their computer.
- Add a distribution list.
- Click Send.
It’s that easy. And with open enrollment around the corner, now’s a good time to download them. After your employees are enrolled in either a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan or Blue Care Network plan, remind them to register for their account and get the app once they receive their member ID card.
