At Blue Care Network, our mission is to be our members’ trusted partner by providing cost-efficient, convenient products that improve their care and health. We remain encouraged by our stable business performance and ability to maintain health care affordability for our customer groups and members.
In 2023, we maintained strong membership levels of nearly 830,000 and nearly 40% of the Michigan HMO market. We continue to help our members manage cost savings while delivering a diverse and dynamic portfolio of health care choices.
Our strategic partnerships, risk management strategies and effective health programs help us remain focused on reducing health care costs and improving care quality. We continue to build our suite of savings programs and discounts to help lower out-of-pocket costs for prescription and specialty drugs. And we continue to protect members from rising drug costs through collaborations that address supply chain issues and the root causes of drug price increases.
As we keep the needs of customers and members our top priority, we’ll continue to invest in new products and programs to keep our members safe and healthy. And we’ll continue to elevate Blue Care Network as your trusted partner and a leader in HMO health care.
