Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network have partnered with Premise Health® to bring customers employer-sponsored health and wellness centers. These centers focus on the whole-health of their employees and help our members manage their health care by reducing one of the barriers to seeking care.
What problem are we solving for?
