When small business owners Adam and Heather Rousseau first started their bakery they had a small mixer, one table and one cash register. Today, Frankenmuth-based SugarHigh Bakery has three locations and plenty of accolades -- including winners of The Food Network's Season 7 of Cupcake Wars. Part of their sweet success, the Roussau's say, is their group health coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. In fact, Heather Roussau says being able to offer employees BCBSM insurance is a point of pride for her and is something employees get excited about. Watch the video below to learn more.
