Dr. Crystal Lee, M.D.
Crystal R. Lee, MD, FACP, CPC-A, CHCQM is a Medical Director at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Born and raised in Detroit, she completed undergrad at Alma College and graduated from Wayne State University – School of Medicine. She did her Internal Medicine Residency with the Detroit Medical Center at Detroit Receiving and Harper University Hospital. She is Board Certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine.
